Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By engaging with ClearLedger Solutions you agree to these terms. ClearLedger Solutions is located at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON K1M 1M4, Canada, Business ID 919695829. For inquiries call +14166402667.

2. Services

ClearLedger Solutions offers accounting services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory support. All services are subject to availability.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are set per service. Payment is due as outlined in the invoice. Late fees may apply for delayed settlement.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Accounting Services

Clients may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval. Service rescheduling is available if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled date. Certain services such as year-end compliance reviews are non-refundable due to preparatory commitment and resource allocation.

4.2. Digital Products

All digital downloads, including templates and guides, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital delivery.

4.3. Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Clients must arrange shipment at their own expense. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 3 days notice. Requests received less than 3 days before will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClearLedger Solutions will not be liable for indirect or special claims. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
